Cadillac October 2026 deals: Lyriq, Optiq, XT5 and Escalade offers

Low-rate financing and short leases on the Lyriq and Optiq, cash on the outgoing XT5, little on the Escalade. Most offers end November 2, 2026 and vary by region.

Cadillac's October 2026 incentives lean heavily on its electric crossovers. The Lyriq and Optiq get low-rate financing and short, low-mileage leases, the gas-powered XT5 gets cash in its final model year, and the Escalade gets almost nothing nationally. Most of the programs require delivery by November 2, 2026, according to GM Authority's monthly roundups and Kelley Blue Book's offer listings, and every figure below depends on your ZIP code, your credit and what you currently drive.

Lyriq

The best rate goes to the outgoing 2026 Lyriq: 2.9% APR for up to 60 months through Cadillac Financial. The 2027 Lyriq is offered at 3.9% for 60 months. On top of either, Cadillac adds one of two allowances:

  • Competitive cash: $2,000 on a 2026 Lyriq, $1,500 on a 2027, if you own a 2012 or newer or lease a 2021 or newer vehicle from a long list of rival brands, from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Audi, Tesla, Rivian, Genesis and Polestar to Ford, Honda and Toyota.
  • Loyalty cash: $2,000 if you own a 2019 or newer Cadillac XT4 or XT6 (2021 or newer if leased), or own or lease a 2023 or newer Lyriq. The two allowances are either-or.

Cadillac's own October offer banner lists two 24-month leases on the 2026 Lyriq Luxury AWD, both capped at 10,000 miles a year: $639 a month with $4,989 due at signing for any well-qualified customer, or $549 a month with $4,919 due for drivers coming from a competing brand. Tax, title, license and dealer fees are extra, and each mile over 20,000 costs $0.25.

Optiq

The smaller Optiq gets 2.9% APR for 60 months on both 2026 and 2027 models, and a $2,000 loyalty allowance for current owners and lessees of an XT4, XT6 or Lyriq. Cadillac's banner shows two 24-month, 10,000-mile-a-year leases on the 2027 Optiq Luxury RWD: $509 a month with $4,899 due for everyone, or $419 a month with $4,869 due for loyal Lyriq, XT4 and XT6 customers. GM Authority's roundup labels the $509 deal as a conquest offer; Cadillac's own banner calls it a lease for everyone.

XT5

The 2026 XT5 is the last of the current generation, and GM Authority reports production ends in late 2026, with an all-new model due for 2028. October brings a $1,000 purchase allowance, or 3.9% APR for 36 months through Cadillac Financial with $1,500 in total allowances for well-qualified buyers. Lessees get $2,500 in lease cash.

The advertised XT5 Luxury FWD lease shows how much regional pricing moves. GM Authority lists $649 a month for 36 months with $4,609 due; Kelley Blue Book, using a South Carolina ZIP code, shows $639 a month with $4,599 due. Both use 10,000 miles a year.

Escalade

There is no national cash, finance or lease deal on the gas Escalade this month. GM Authority found a regional lease in the Miami area on a 2027 Escalade Luxury 2WD at $1,586 a month for 48 months with $5,086 due. The affinity programs still apply across the lineup: $1,000 for first responders, $1,000 for military members and $500 for educators.

Buyer brief

What it means for buyers

  • Deadline. Plan to take delivery by November 2, 2026. After that, new programs take over, and terms can move in either direction.
  • 2026 or 2027 Lyriq. The leftover 2026 carries a lower rate and more competitive cash. The 2027 has a native NACS charging port, according to GM, so it can use Tesla Superchargers without an adapter; the 2026 needs one.
  • Read the eligibility lines. Loyalty and competitive offers require proof of a qualifying vehicle, and Cadillac's lease fine print says you must have owned or leased it for at least 30 days before the sale. Some offers cannot be stacked, so ask which ones apply together.
  • Leases are short and tight. Every EV lease above is 24 months at 10,000 miles a year. If you drive more, price the mileage charge or a higher-mileage lease before signing.
  • Get the dealer's numbers in writing. These are manufacturer programs; dealer discounts, add-ons and fees sit on top. Ask for an out-the-door price with the incentive itemized.

If you are shopping a used Lyriq or Optiq instead, Cadillac is advertising 4.9% APR for 60 months on select certified pre-owned examples for well-qualified buyers, plus up to six months of OnStar One with Super Cruise where equipped. That program excludes 2026 and 2027 Lyriqs and runs through January 4, 2027.
