2027 Cadillac Vistiq adds Onyx blacked-out packages for Platinum and Sport
Two dealer-installed packages, Onyx for the Platinum and Onyx Lite for the Sport, black out the badges and mirror caps. Bought separately, the parts total $3,095 and $2,095.
Cadillac has added two appearance packages to the 2027 Vistiq three-row electric SUV, GM Authority reported on October 13, 2026. Both give the Vistiq a darker, monochrome look, and both are accessory packages rather than factory options. Cadillac has not published package prices, but every item in them is also sold on its own, which gives a useful guide to what they cost.
What each package includes
Onyx Package (option code PDB), Platinum only:
- 23-inch Reverse Rim wheels in high-gloss black
- Gloss black nameplates
- Obsidian Chrome mirror caps with laser etching
- Cadillac crest puddle lamps
- Black lug nuts and wheel locks
Bought as separate options, those items total $3,095.
Onyx Lite Package (option code PCP), Sport only:
- Gloss black nameplates
- Obsidian Chrome mirror caps with laser etching
- Cadillac crest puddle lamps
- Black lug nuts and wheel locks
As separate options, they add up to $2,095. The difference between the two is the wheels. On Cadillacs that offer both, Onyx packages usually include a set of wheels and Onyx Lite packages do not.
The parts are listed as LPO, GM's term for accessories fitted after the vehicle leaves the assembly line, at the port or by the dealer. That generally means a dealer can add them to a Vistiq that is already in stock.
The Vistiq they go on
The 2027 Vistiq starts at $79,495 for the Luxury, $79,995 for the Sport, $93,995 for the Premium Luxury and $98,595 for the Platinum, including destination. Every version uses two motors and all-wheel drive, rated at 615 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque, with a 102 kWh battery that gives up to 305 miles of estimated range. It seats six or seven and is built at GM's Spring Hill, Tennessee, plant alongside the Lyriq and XT5.
For 2027, Cadillac also added a built-in NACS charging port for Tesla Superchargers, dropped the power soft-close doors and the patterned rear-window graphic, and replaced the "900" torque badge with a plain "E4."
Buyer brief
What it means for buyers
- Ask for the package price. Cadillac has not published one. Use the separate-item totals of $3,095 for Onyx and $2,095 for Onyx Lite as a reference when you negotiate.
- Already on the lot? Because these are accessory packages, ask whether the dealer can fit one to a Vistiq in stock rather than waiting for a factory order.
- Check the trim. Onyx is for the Platinum and Onyx Lite for the Sport. On a Luxury or Premium Luxury, ask which of the individual pieces can be ordered.
- Financing this month: Cadillac's 0.9% APR offer for up to 72 months on the 2026 and 2027 Vistiq runs through November 2, 2026, for well-qualified buyers who finance with Cadillac Financial.
- Wheels and tires: the Onyx package's 23-inch wheels need large, low-profile tires. Price a replacement set before you commit, because they are expensive to replace.
