Cadillac CT5 October deals: $699 lease and up to $2,000 in lease cash
The 2026 CT5 and CT5-V get financing from 3.9% APR, a national lease and regional cash through November 2, as the current sedan heads into its final weeks of production.
Cadillac's October offers on the 2026 CT5 include a national lease, financing from 3.9% APR and regional cash, all running through November 2, 2026, according to GM Authority's listing of the programs. They arrive as the current CT5 nears the end of production in December, which leaves dealers with the last new units they will receive until the next generation arrives as a 2029 model.
The offers
For the 2026 CT5 and CT5-V, with the Blackwing excluded unless noted:
- Financing through Cadillac Financial: 3.9% APR for 36 months, 4.9% for 48, 5.9% for 60, 6.43% for 72 or 6.58% for up to 84 months. GM Authority lists up to $1,250 in total purchase allowance in select markets alongside the financing.
- Cash purchase: up to $1,000 in total purchase allowance in select markets.
- National lease: the CT5 Premium Luxury with rear-wheel drive at $699 a month for 39 months, with $5,099 due at signing after offers, no security deposit and a limit of 10,000 miles a year.
- Lease cash: up to $2,000 in select markets.
- CT5-V Blackwing: 6.99% APR for up to 84 months, and nothing else.
"Select markets" means the cash amounts depend on where you live, so the figure in your ZIP code may be lower or zero.
What the numbers work out to
Thirty-nine payments of $699 come to $27,261. Add the $5,099 due at signing and the lease costs about $32,360 before taxes and fees, or about $31,660 if the first payment is part of the signing amount, so check the dealer's worksheet.
On the financing side, the shortest term saves the most. On $45,000 financed, 3.9% over 36 months is about $1,327 a month and roughly $2,760 in total interest. Stretching to 84 months at 6.58% drops the payment to about $670, but the interest rises to around $11,280.
The 2026 CT5 starts at $50,995 for the Premium Luxury and $51,995 for the Sport, with the CT5-V at $60,095 and the Blackwing at $100,695, all including the $1,795 destination charge. GM Authority reports that the 335-hp twin-turbo V6 can no longer be ordered on the Premium Luxury, which leaves the 237-hp 2.0-liter turbo four on most of those cars. Anyone set on the V6 in a non-V CT5 should search dealer stock.
Why the timing matters
The current CT5's production at Lansing Grand River is scheduled to end in December, and the next one is not expected until the second half of 2028. GM Authority found in October that dealers had more CT5 inventory than in previous months, building up stock before the pause. A dealer with leftover sedans and no new ones coming has a reason to negotiate on top of the factory money.
Buyer brief
What it means for buyers
- Deadline: delivery by November 2, 2026. Cadillac usually posts new programs after that, and they can be better or worse.
- Credit tier: the rates are for well-qualified buyers through Cadillac Financial. Ask what rate you qualify for before negotiating the price.
- Lease mileage: 10,000 miles a year is low for a daily commuter, and extra miles are charged at turn-in. Ask for the per-mile rate before signing.
- Stack the dealer discount: factory offers come on top of whatever the dealer takes off. Ask for an out-the-door price with each incentive listed.
- A final-generation car: the end of production does not change the factory warranty, four years or 50,000 miles bumper to bumper and six years or 70,000 miles on the powertrain, and dealers will keep servicing the CT5.
Dashbird tip
Leasing for 39 months at 10,000 miles a year? The trip logs in Dashbird show how many miles you actually drive, so you can spot an overage long before turn-in.
